Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not offer cash refunds. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Approved refund requests will be issued as a credit note, which can be used toward future purchases on our website. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable.
